In collaboration with Plan International, we delivered a comprehensive 4-month consulting engagement for their 'Be a Change Maker' program. This initiative encompassed strategic media outreach, stakeholder consultations, and direct partnership with the CEO to integrate innovative solutions aimed at reducing financial pressures on the program. Additionally, we managed targeted media campaigns and social media strategies to amplify visibility during the program's inauguration and graduation milestones.
